If you wish to refer to images or other files in a CAPI survey, the files must be stored in specifically named folders in the Forsta File Library to ensure that the files are included in the survey during the synchronization process. The folder name must be either the survey number if the files are to be used only in this one survey, or “CAPICommon” if they are to be shared across several CAPI surveys - . See the figure below for examples.
Note: The following characters are not allowed and must not be used in the folder names in the File Library: + % / \ ? # $ & * | : " < >.
