In this step a preview list of respondents, based on the selection criteria entered in step 1, shows which respondents will receive an e-mail. This list is limited by the Max no of records setting from setp 1 in the procedure. In addition, a preview of the e-mail text is displayed - , as shown below.

- Check the settings and the text(s) of the email.
- Assuming everything is correct, click Next to proceed to the last step in the procedure.
The Preview will be shown in the survey’s default language. Change the language by going to the “Language” drop-down in the lower right corner of the window.
