Note: The Survey Router functionality has been deprecated and is no longer available. The content below is for reference only.
You can assign a priority value, where the highest value has the highest priority, to any survey that has an associated quota.
When the Survey Router is asked to find a survey that a respondent can be routed to, if a number of surveys in the group have the same selection criteria, the available surveys are sorted in order of priority. The survey with the highest priority will then be selected. If a number of surveys in the group have the same selection criteria and the same priority then one will be selected at random.
The default priority value is 1. A value of 0 means this survey is not available for selection in the router.
A survey's priority value can be edited at any time in the Details overview by a user with the appropriate permissions.
Note that surveys that are registered without a quota cannot have a priority value assigned to them because they cannot be considered as available for selection based on available quota cells.
